  1. You've been with TWMA  for almost 18 years, what has inspired you to stay with the company for such a significant length of time?
Since the day I joined TWMA, I’ve never felt like I am just a number. I’ve always had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, and that sense of ownership and impact has been a driving force behind my long tenure. I’ve grown with the company personally and professionally and being part of its evolution has been both inspiring and fulfilling. It’s incredibly motivating to know that the work you do matters and plays a role in shaping the company’s success.
  2. Over the years, you've held several roles within TWMA. Can you take us through your career progression and how each role helped shape your expertise today?

I began my journey at TWMA as a RotoMill Engineer and gradually moved through roles such as a Project Engineer, where I was involved in rig surveys, equipment design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.

I had the privilege of being part of the global installation team, supporting projects across multiple countries. I was later promoted to Site Base Manager, and in 2014 I relocated to the UAE to lead operations in the Middle East.
Each role has added a valuable layer to my experience, shaping my technical and operational knowledge. Today, as Service Delivery Manager, I leverage this deep-rooted understanding to provide both strategic leadership and technical support, bridging the gap between engineering knowledge and operational excellence.

  3. As service delivery manager in the UAE, What does a typical working day look like for you? What are the key activities or challenges you manage on a daily basis?

No two days are the same. My role involves close coordination with internal teams and continuous engagement with our clients to ensure we are delivering safe, reliable, and efficient services across all project sites. One of the challenges is managing our team’s rapid expansion especially as we grow our presence both onshore and offshore. It’s critical to ensure that new team members integrate seamlessly into our unique culture and align with TWMA’s vision of being the industry leader in drilling waste management.

  4. How would you describe the working culture at TWMA in the UAE, and how does it support both operational performance and team collaboration?

The working culture at TWMA UAE is built on trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence. There is a strong sense of teamwork where everyone's input is valued; whether on site or in the office. We empower our teams to take ownership while providing the support and resources they need to succeed. This culture not only drives operational performance but also creates a collaborative environment where people are motivated to go the extra mile.

  5. What are your core responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager, and how do they directly impact project delivery, client satisfaction, and overall business performance?

As Service Delivery Manager, my core responsibilities revolve around ensuring the seamless execution of our services from planning all the way through to delivery. I oversee personnel logistics, equipment deployment, equipment performance, client coordination, compliance, and operational efficiency. My role directly influences project success by ensuring that our teams are aligned, prepared, and delivering at the highest standards. This, in turn, enhances client satisfaction and contributes to the overall growth and reputation of our business in the region.
  6. Looking back on your time at TWMA, is there a particular achievement or moment that stands out as a career highlight for you?

One of the highlights of my career has been leading TWMA's growth in the UAE. From our early days where we were virtually unknown in the region to becoming a trusted service provider to ADNOC across multiple offshore projects, and soon onshore as well, it's been an incredible journey. Watching our team grow, overcome challenges, and earn recognition for our work has been very rewarding.
  7. What is the best piece of advice you’ve received in your career, and how has it influenced your approach to leadership and team management?

One piece of advice that has always stayed with me is: "Lead by example, especially when it's not easy". This mindset has shaped how i lead my team and staying hands-on, approachable, and always aligned with the standards I expect from others. It has helped me build trust, promote accountability, and create a performance-driven culture where people feel supported and empowered.

  8. TWMA recently broke ground on it's new drilling waste management facility in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. How will this new development enhance TWMA's operational capabilities and support service delivery in the region?

The new facility in Habshan represents a major milestone in our regional growth strategy. It will enhance our ability to provide more efficient, and environmentally responsible drilling waste solutions closer to our client operations. By having a dedicated facility in the heart of Abu Dhabi's onshore activity, we're not just expanding our footprint - we're reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and long-term partnership with our clients.
