    My name is Princy Rajan, I am the UAE HR Manager and have been with TWMA for 8 years.

  2. What inspired you to pursue a career in Human Resources?

    I pursued a profession in Human Resources because I’m passionate about people and believe that employee wellbeing is at the heart of every organisation's success. With over 14 years of experience within HR in the UAE, I’m committed to creating workplaces where talent thrives, and business goals are aligned with employee growth.

  3. With over 14 years of Human Resource experience in the UAE, tell us more about your journey with TWMA.

    My journey at TWMA has been transformative, inspiring and rewarding. I began my career with TWMA as a HR Advisor and as the company grew, I progressed to my current HR Manager role.

    TWMA is invested in my career progression, offering invaluable support, time and financial resources to help me successfully complete both my CIPD Level 5 and 7 qualifications. The knowledge and skills I have gained through this development are integrated into everything I do, allowing me to deliver significant value to both the team and organisation.

    I’m proud to be part of TWMA’s team and my focus is to always ensure the HR department’s initiatives complement our business goals.

  4. What are your key responsibilities at TWMA, and what aspect of your role do you find most fulfilling?

    My journey at TWMA began with the exciting challenge of establishing the UAE HR department, where I built a team of highly skilled professionals and embedded employee wellbeing as a core aspect of our culture. In my role I oversee strategic HR initiatives for the UAE region, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving performance, and enhancing employee engagement.

    The most fulfilling aspect of my role is fostering a supportive and innovative workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow. Helping individuals and teams thrive while contributing to the company’s success is both rewarding and motivating, as it highlights the impact of putting people at the heart of what we do. I am deeply invested, alongside our leadership team, in championing our teams’ success and growth here at TWMA.

    I value work-life balance and enjoy hanging out with friends both at work and outside of it.

    My love for plants and painting gives me a creative outlet and helps me unwind and express myself. I engage and participate in UAE’s thriving art scene, attending exhibitions and events. To maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, I include fitness into my daily routine and place value on eating healthily and being active.
